Red Rose Exam Prep is a free educational video-streaming portal that organises curated YouTube lessons into subjects and chapters for students in Bangladesh preparing for HSC, SSC, and related examinations. Content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

2. Eligibility & Access

• The Service is open to students and educators. Guest browsing is available without registration.
• Full video access requires a verified student account. Account approval is at the admin's discretion.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 13, please do not register.
• One account per person. Sharing account tokens with others is prohibited and may result in revocation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Download, record, or redistribute any video content from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or tamper with access controls or the proxy system.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers against the Service.
• Share your access credentials with other users or third parties.

No content from this Service may be reproduced or distributed without permission from the original rights holders.

5. YouTube API Compliance

The Service uses the YouTube Data API. By using the Service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Our use of YouTube API data is governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimers

• Video content is curated from public YouTube channels; we do not produce or own the content itself.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any examination board in Bangladesh.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Rose Exam Prep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or academic outcomes.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at htriyad@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law
